Jean Hudon is currently working on the site build - once it is ready, Jean will announce it http://www.earthrainbownetwork.com . At that point, the translations in multiple languages of the pledge form will become available.
I know for certain that it will be available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German. I believe there are several other languages as well, but I don't know which ones they are.
